• evidence of authority if acting for another person
• clarification of the exact request

Smart DNA will review your request and respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Where we cannot fully comply, we will explain why.

If you are dissatisfied with how we handled your request, you may escalate the matter to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission through its official channels.
